Latitude30 handles all maintenance and repairs in-house, ensuring that any issues guests may experience are resolved promptly. In the event of maintenance trouble or an emergency, their team of professionals will act quickly to address any concerns. It's important to note that a management employee or contractor may need to enter the premises from time to time. In such cases, the Reservations Manager or a representative may enter during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from the guests, but they will give notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. In any emergency, the Owner or Owner’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without the permission of the guest to make repairs necessary to alleviate the emergency. Latitude30 is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of their guests and takes all necessary measures to do so.
